Suspect Sought in Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse Offenses in the Third District

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sexual Assault Unit seek the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in reference to Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse offenses that occurred on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in the Third District.

• At approximately 12:30 pm, the suspect approached the victim in the area of Georgia Avenue and Bryant Street, Northwest. The suspect engaged in unwanted sexual contact with the victim then fled the scene. CCN: 22-106-859

• At approximately 12:50 pm, the suspect approached the victim in the area of V Street and Georgia Avenue, Northwest. The suspect engaged in unwanted sexual contact with the victim then fled the scene. CCN: 22-106-867

The suspect is described as Black male, 30-40 years-old, 6’0” to 6’3” in height, with a medium complexion, and a short haircut with a goatee. The suspect was last seen wearing a royal blue top, blue sweatpants or scrub style pants, florescent shoes, and carrying a red bag.
