Martha's Table seeks Executive Assistant to the President and CEO
Position Summary: This position provides administrative and clerical support to the President/CEO with extensive internal and external communication.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strong administrative skills are required.
Manages calendar of the President and CEO.
Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence for the CEO, includes drafting letters and responding to phone calls.
Coordinates and provides support to the senior management team.
Acts as a liaison with potential donors and with other departments and outside agencies as necessary.
Completes critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; making adjustments to schedule.
Record and edit meeting minutes.
Maintains electronic and hard-copy filing systems for the CEO’s office.
Manages external contacts; proactively understanding who they are and keeping track of periodic communication needed for primary contacts.
Manage front line communication with complex array of donors, board members and staff.
