Here is a unique summer educational experience that will challenge and excite your child. A great introduction to Engineering and Technology through Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing that any student can participate in regardless of prior experience. Our camp is designed to help students learn skills through fun, engaging and dynamic projects.

Group One- Robotics & Advanced Manufacturing: Students will learn to design using CAD, assemble and program a real robot. Robotics is a great way to reinforce fundamental mathematics, innovative design, and the scientific process in real world situations while having fun. This camp is designed for youth to explore Robotics and increase skills in science, technology, engineering, and math.

Group Two- Advanced Manufacturing: As manufacturing processes continue to be in demand and grow with more progressive technology, the need for engineers and individuals well-versed in STEM careers continues—thus, the push in education to draw in more young people and expose them to the wonders of more complex science, technology, engineering, and math projects. In the summer class, students learn how to use Autodesk Inventor, along with learning the processes of 3D printing.

Campers will practice teamwork, project management, and critical thinking.

Camp fee: $0
(funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Education)
