Charles Mitchell-Baynes Arrested for Possession of Stolen Lululemon Merchandise

The Metropolitan Police Department announces the arrest of a man for possessing over $3,800 of stolen Lululemon merchandise.
On July 20, 2024, members of the Robbery Suppression Unit were patrolling in the 3400 block of 12th Street, Northeast, when they observed a car commit a traffic violation. The officers conducted a traffic stop and found the driver, later identified as 30-year-old Charles Mitchell-Baynes, of Northwest, in possession of stolen Lululemon merchandise valued over $3,800 and illegal substances.
Mitchell-Baynes was arrested and charged with Felony Receiving Stolen Property and Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.
