We are currently in search of Resident Assistants for a Human Services Organization. The position is based in Washington, DC.

LOCATION: Washington, DC

POSITION TITLE: Resident Assistant

DURATION: Temporary, Ongoing

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week (Days, Evenings, Overnights & Weekends)

HOURLY PAY: $16.00

Is This Your Dream Job? The Resident Assistant works directly with a population of women experiencing chronic homelessness. This position will provide support to the women by building rapport and enforcing program rules. Available shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat. 

Our Ideal Candidate:

·        1+ year of experience directly serving vulnerable populations required

·        Familiarity with populations experiencing homelessness and/or mental illness highly preferred

·        Experience in residential facility a plus

·        Has a warm, compassionate demeanor and serves with care

·        Crisis management skills required

·        Available immediately
