Due to overwhelming demand, all off the private offices at The Hive have been leased except for one 2nd-floor office with a window overlooking Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Anyone interested in this last private office would need to secure it with a one (1) month deposit of $575 along with a signed one-year lease.

SHARED MEMBERSHIP
As a shared member, you will share a semi-private space with one (1) other Hive member. Each shared member will have his or her own desk, file cabinet, phone line with voicemail. The monthly rate for each shared member is $400/month. If a shared space member would like to share their desk with another company, the monthly rate is $250/month.
For clarity:
Shared Space = Desk 1 ($400/month) + Desk 2 ($400/month)
*Each desk comes with a separate phone line w/ voicemail, chair, and lockable filing cabinet.
Shared Desk (in this case Desk 1) in Shared Space = Desk 1A ($250/month) + Desk 1B ($250/month)
*Shared desk members work out their own desk schedule and share one phone line, voicemail and standard equipment.
VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP
Virtual members have unlimited 24/7 access to The Hive’s common areas including the 2nd floor work stations, lounge and kitchenette including all of The Hive’s resources such as mail and package delivery service. Virtual membership also includes four (4) hours of monthly peak hour conference room time.
All Hive members receive the following included in their membership:
24/7 access to the facilities
Free wireless internet
Video conferencing capabilities
Rent reduction in The Hive affiliated satellite spaces
Access to a full-time receptionist
