precinct of residence by completing a voter registration application, taking an oath or

affirmation and providing proof of residence in the precinct in which the individual

maintains residence, (the Board’s office is closed on Sundays for voting) [D.C. Official

On Election Day, until close of the polling place, qualified electors may register and vote

at the polling place for the voter’s precinct of residence by completing a voter registration
