JUNE 17: The r.e.e.l. Open Mic

The River East Emerging Leaders and SE3 are proud to provide a venue and support for poets and spoken word performers to showcase their work. From the cozy atmosphere of the Honfleur Art Gallery, come experience a high intensity of our first open mic nite! This poetry event will leave you inspired and wanting to come back for more!


As a member of the audience, you can expect a diverse chorus of voices and a vast array of professional spoken word performers, open mic rookies, and musicians. Expect to be moved, expect a packed house, expect the unexpected, but above all come with an open mind and ear.


WHAT: r.e.e.l. Open Mic Nite!
WHEN: Thursday, June 17th.
WHERE: Honfleur Gallery
TIME: Doors open at 7pm; Show starts at 8pm
WHO: Featuring homegrown artists from River East and throughout the District.
COST: General Admission is $10, and $5 for r.e.e.l. members.
