April ANC 8C Fools. Leaving residents out in the cold again.

The Advoc8te is getting reports that despite an email 8 hours ago from Commissioner Ellis reminding everyone of tonights 6:30pm ANC meeting...
I couldn't make this stuff up in my worst nightmare.
This time residents, at least one ANC 8C Commissioner (Commissioner Ellis) and guest speakers from St. Elizabeth's, PSC and Human Services are standing outside the UPO Center where the door is locked and the guard is telling everyone they are unaware of a meeting tonight so they won't let them in.
Coincidentally (OR NOT) Commissioner Mary Cuthbert is also not in attendance - it seems she went to testify before the City Council.
Coincidence? Hmmm...
It's time somebody said it ...It's time for a recall.

7:24pm. UPO Director has arrived and let the 7 people remaining inside.
8:00pm Commissioner Cuthbert has arrived

the meeting appears to have been cancelled - with no notice - AGAIN!!!!!
