WASA is introducing an Impervious Surface Area billing charge that removes the current sewer rate the cost of a massive construction project to reduce sewer overflows into local waterways.
This charge will appear as a separate line on your WASA bill beginning April 2009. An extensiveDistrict-wide community education program is underway.
