Words Beats & Life seeks Summer Youth Development and Workshop Intern - $14/hr

For close to two decades, Words Beats and Life has operated summer programs for aspiring artists. We offer classing in art forms that are directly hip-hop focused and things that are hip-hop adjacent. These interns will work to develop and manage student portfolios, support the delivery of curriculum, and participate in the evaluation process of all classes.  

Day to day activities will include the following: 

  • Supplies Inventory Management for class

  • Preparing students for interview in WBL Podcast

  • In Class Teaching Assistants

  • Special Event Management

  • Sending Calendar Invites to students, teachers and parents

  • Class evaluation

  • Student Enrollment

  • Daily Attendance Tracking

  • Drivers License a Major Plus

  • Serving Snacks
