The Director of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Programs is a mission-driven leader who will oversee the Mothers Rising Home Visiting, Lactation, and Labor Support Program at Mamatoto Village. This position plays a pivotal role in program strategy, development, and impact evaluation, while also leading advocacy and cross-sector partnerships to advance Black maternal health.
The ideal candidate is a creative leader with a deep understanding of public health, maternal health, racial and reproductive justice, and healing-informed care. They must be skilled at program management and evaluation, people leadership, advocacy, and community engagement to drive sustainable impact.
