Reporting to and working closely with the Development Director, the Development Associate is responsible for the operations and administration of the development team and helps to engage individual and institutional funders in supporting the work of Mamatoto Village. Primary responsibilities include gift processing, maintaining the Mamatoto Village donor database (Little Green Light), supporting donor appeals and campaigns, providing support and service to third-party fundraisers, and assisting with funder prospect research. The ideal candidate has a clear grasp of all core components of development, with particularly strong experience in development operations and CRM management.
