United Negro College Fund seeks Program Coordinator - $45k to $48k

The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Director and staff in the implementation of program activities.    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:    

  • Provide dedicated administrative and clerical support to the Program Director in all aspects of program management and scholarship implementation activities.  

  • Serve as Team Lead for data collection and reporting  

  • Lead Salesforce department daily operations  

  • Work with Senior Relationship Managers to manage and coordinate program related logistics and activities including but not limited to development of program collateral, application outreach and recruitment, application development, database entry, award packet and mailing, processing and reporting; scholar selection and scholar support services.  

  • Lead the coordination of travel and meeting logistics with support from the Senior Relationship Managers and meetings team.

  • Provide input in daily meetings and program development efforts.  

  • Respond to scholar inquiries and resolve program related questions by phone, letter or email.  

  • Develop print and web-based materials including newsletters, program related correspondence and online community engagement.  

  • Schedule meetings and other engagements as well as coordinate necessary materials with direction from program leaders.  

  • Other duties as assigned by the Program Director.   

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES  

This is an entry level position that has no supervisory responsibilities.  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or appropriate combination of education and work experience. Requires at least 2-3 years administrative experience.
