TRAFFIC ADVISORY | 60th Annual Sakura Matsuri – Japanese Street Festival

On Saturday, April 9, and Sunday, April 10, 2022, the 60th Annual Sakura Matsuri – Japanese Street Festival will take place in the District of Columbia. In conjunction with this event, there will be parking restrictions and traffic closures that motorists should take into consideration:

The following streets will be posted as Emergency No Parking and closed for public safety to vehicle traffic from Friday, April 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. to Sunday, April 10, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.:

  • Pennsylvania Avenue from 3rd Street to 7th Street, NW

  • Constitution Avenue from 3rd Street to 7th Street, NW

  • 4th Street from Madison Drive to Pennsylvania Avenue, NW

  • 6th Street from C Street to Constitution Avenue, NW
