You know The Advoc8te strives to post daily but today I wasn’t feeling so good. What I hoped was just a little cold is royally kicking my blogger behind. So despite my best efforts I tried (and failed) at taking it easy today. Fingers crossed this is just a 24 hour cold and not a replay of my annual Christmas flu. One of these years I will remember to get the flu shot on time!

So, bear with me as I claw my way back to health and posting.
