Humane Law Enforcement

Through our dedication to ensuring the safety and welfare of all animals, combating animal cruelty is a job we at the Humane Rescue Alliance take very seriously. Our law enforcement officers are available day or night to help all species of animals. However, stopping animal abuse requires the assistance of caring people in the community. If you see something, say something.

Safe Haven — Domestic Violence Support

In homes where there is domestic abuse, it’s not just people who are at risk; animals are often targeted as well. Victims often refuse to leave an abusive situation for fear that their pets will be harmed. In order to help both humans and the animals they love, we offer 24/7 help for victims of domestic violence who are concerned about the safety of their pets.
