Temporary Lane Closure on DC 295 until Nov 15

(WASHINGTON, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close traffic lanes on northbound DC 295 for the installation of signs from November 12 to November 15, 2024, weather permitting.

  • Right Lane Closure on Northbound 295 from DC/MD Line to Exit 1– Installation of signs. on November 12 to November 15, 2024, during the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the areas. Motorists should anticipate moderate-to-heavy delays due to the lane closures.  Drivers are advised to stay alert while traveling in the vicinity of the work area and to pay attention to the detour signs that will be in place.
