Temporary Event Manager - $25+/hour

A non-profit client of The Choice Inc is searching for a temporary Event Manager to assist with the planning for an important conference taking place in November.

This role has the potential to start ASAP and will go on throughout the end of November.

Responsibilities:
Manage high-level communications with presenters
Serve as main point of contact for any paid content that comes through partnerships team
Service as primary on-site person of contact for speakers
Manage final design, development, and execution for portion of conference (involving partner outreach, finalizing agreements for strategic partners, etc.)
Work with team to help schedule ideas for upcoming event
Create reports on programming
Create and manage volunteer program
Work with team on creating an orientation webinar experience for attendees

Requirements:
At least 4 years in event management and relevant experience required
Immediate availability required
Previous non-profit event management experience preferred
