Art All Night and Dine All Night kicks off this Friday and east of the river is showing up and showing out with a collection of free events featuring arts & culture, music, theater, demonstrations, classes, culinary and more. For those of you old enough to remember LUMEN8ANACOSTIA, the first all-night arts and culture festival east of the river presented by Ward 8 nonprofit ARCH Development, you will know that east of the river often sets the standard for representing "the culture."
