April 15 | Deadline to apply for scholarships for teen parents and former teen parents

Scholarships available for teen parents and former teen parents earning a college degree! To be eligible: D.C. metro region residents, 25 and under when applying.

Applications are open through April 15th.

Who is eligible for Generation Hope?

  • You must be a teen parent (defined as pregnant/expecting by age 19) and 25 or younger at the time of application

  • You must be raising or actively involved in your child's life (defined by regular support and care of your child)

  • You must be attending -or planning to attend- college starting the Fall semester in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area and seeking an undergraduate two or four-year degree

  • You must be a US Citizen, legal US Resident, or have Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status

  • You must submit a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) or proof of FAFSA submission, or DACA supplement

  • You must be planning to take a minimum of 6 credits each semester.
