“The East River Family Strengthening Collaborative (ERFSC) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Rahman Branch as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2024. This pivotal leadership change follows an extensive search process to identify a visionary leader capable of guiding ERFSC’s mission to new heights in service to the communities of the District of Columbia, but primarily Ward 7.

Rahman will succeed Mae H. Best, who has led ERFSC with distinction and is retiring after a remarkable tenure. Mae will remain in an advisory capacity through the transition period to ensure continuity in operations and services.”
