[PR] Suspect Sought in an Assault on a Police Officer Offense: 300 b/o 37th Street, SE

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sixth District seek the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in reference to an Assault on a Police Officer offense that occurred on Monday, July 20, 2020, in the 300 block of 37th Street, Southeast.
At approximately 12:15 pm, the suspect threw a rock at an occupied police vehicle. The officer exited the vehicle to stop the suspect. The suspect threw a rock at the officer and then fled the scene. No injuries or damages were reported.
