[PR] Arrest Made in a First Degree Sexual Abuse Offense: 300 b/o Parkland Place, SE

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services, Physical and Sexual Abuse Branch announced a suspect has been arrested in a First Degree Sexual Abuse offense that occurred on Sunday, February 23, 2020, in the 300 block of Parkland Place, Southeast. 

At approximately 2:30 pm, the suspect met with the female victim via a social media application. The suspect then forced the victim to the listed location. The suspect sexually assaulted the victim then fled the scene.

On Sunday, February 23, 2020, 18 year old Deaundre Johnson, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with First Degree Sexual Abuse. Additionally, Johnson has been charged with Third Degree Sexual Abuse and Aggravated Assault in reference to the above offense.
