[PR] A Snowy Nite at the Dew Drop Inn has been canceled for the rest of the run

Rising COVID cases in our area have led us to the hard decision to close our doors and cancel all remaining shows.

It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of the remaining performances of A Snowy Nite at the Dew Drop Inn.  

As you know, keeping our cast, crew and audience members safe has been the AnacostiaPlayhouse's top priority during the pandemic. With the rising positive COVID-19 cases throughout the region and the highly infectious nature of the Omicron variant, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors.

We had hoped to continue to sweep the blues away and lift spirits through the season. We have loved bringing the Dew Drop Inn back to life and seeing the smiles and hearing the joyous sounds of our audience members these past few weeks.

If you are a ticket holder, please email info@anacostiaplayhouse.com to let us know if you would like your tickets refunded or if you would like to turn your ticket purchase into an end-of-year donation to the Playhouse.

The Anacostia Playhouse Family wishes you a happy and healthy holiday season and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Playhouse in 2022.
