OCFO seeks Administrative Coordinator - $64,600 - $83,291

This position is located within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Operations and Systems (OFOS).  The incumbent is responsible for providing and coordinating executive level administrative support to assure the smooth flow and efficient operations of the executive office.  Duties include, but are not limited to coordinating meetings and maintaining the executive's calendar; arranging local and non-local travel to and from meetings/conferences; serving as the informational contact for the office and responding to a wide variety of inquiries; managing the flow of information in and out of the office, and exercising discretion when handling highly confidential matters; researching complex administrative issues, coordinating information with appropriate personnel, and preparing status reports, executive summaries and/or other informational documents; leading and/or coordinating special projects and assignments, and establishing and implementing project plans that meet objectives and deadlines; developing budget estimates and justifications; monitoring spending and ensuring that the office's funds are used in accordance with the approved operating budget; identifying and coordinating the resources and services necessary to support office projects, activities and staff;  monitoring inventories and functionality of office equipment; reviewing and updating the office's administrative policies, procedures and internal controls; recommending plans for overall improvement of administrative operations; and establishing and/or maintaining a manual and electronic file systems as required by the office.
