The mission of the Community Enrichment Project (CEPDC) is to enhance underserved communities in Washington, D.C. by empowering adolescents within them.  We believe the path to creating strong communities is dependent upon assessing community needs, and building upon the skills and talents that already exist in order to create change from within.

Looking for free and fun programs for your teens and tweens on no-school days? The Community Enrichment Project (CEP) would like to invite you to a dynamic day of activities for D.C. youth!
