Join psychologist Dr. Jill Stoddard as she helps you think about what uncertainty does to the body and mind, and suggestions for how to deal with stress and uncertainty in these challenging times.

Dr. Jill Stoddard is a clinical psychologist, author, speaker, podcaster, entrepreneur, and women's advocate. She studied Psychology at Boston University and worked for a time at the San Diego Veteran's Administration; taught at Alliant International University, and founded the Center for Stress and Anxiety Management which has locations around San Diego county. She's the author of Be Mighty: A Woman’s Guide to Liberation from Anxiety, Worry, and Stress Using Mindfulness and Acceptance and co-host of the podcast Psychologists Off the Clock.
