Crisp autumn air, picture-perfect foliage, and a day spent on the Prince George’s County trails which are some of the best kept secrets in the region.

Plus: hot cider and donuts along the way with a celebration at the finish line. What more could you want out of a fall day?

This ride is a fundraiser. Registration fees support WABA’s work in the DC region and our mission of empowering people to ride bikes, build connections and transform places.

Choose your route…

Honeycrisp Ride (60 miles)Ride on trails that take you up to the Patuxent Research Refuge and all the way back past Kenilworth Gardens on the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail before winding north through the neighborhood streets of Southeast and Northeast DC.

McIntosh Ride (30 miles)Cruise around Lake Artemesia to College Park and then back down to the Anacostia River Trail, ending with a ride through the neighborhood streets of DC.

Candy Apple Ride (10 miles) Explore trails and neighborhood streets with a stop at Bladensburg Waterfront Park.

Take on a fun, pre-planned route and enjoy some of the most picturesque trails by bike while bolstering your confidence in riding on DC streets. And, make connections with others– the Cider Ride is a wonderful place to find, build, and enjoy our bike-people community.
