This is a business operations support position responsible for assisting in financial/accounting and administrative office duties for the Technology Department. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, purchasing, accounts payable, inventory management, budget tracking and reporting, contract management support, customer service, and overall office and administrative tasks. The role requires a significant amount of communication and collaboration with department team members, other NGS departments, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, and for the upkeep of inventory, budgets, contracts, and related data within corresponding technology systems. The position also performs comprehensive office administration duties for maintaining efficient department operations, as well as, delivering exceptional customer service.
