NASPA seeks Assistant Director of Network Management (Remote)
NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA) is working with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and key higher education partners to implement an advising reform strategy to support degree completion across the United States. This multi-year project is designed to help institutions improve their advising and student services practices through a newly-launched collaborative called the Advising Success Network.
The mission of the Advising Success Network is to help elevate and scale the adoption of advising and student supports to help institutions achieve equitable outcomes for their students. The network is comprised of five national organizations that will develop new resources (i.e. original research, best practice reports, implementation toolkits, etc.) for the field at-large and deliver technical assistance services to a select group of institutions.
The Assistant Director of Network Management will work closely with the Director of Advising Initiatives to help NASPA create and manage the infrastructure of the network (i.e. policies, procedures, strategy) with a goal of delivering relevant and high-quality resources to the higher education community. Specifically, this position will support the execution of grant activities and help create and manage communications with key stakeholders, consultants, and NASPA members.
