Martha's Table seeks Assistant Director, Enrichment Programs
Martha’s table is seeking a dynamic leader that will develop and implement a program wide literacy initiative plan. This Full Time (40 hours per week) position reports directly to the Senior Director, Education Initiatives and is responsible for leading the literacy initiative for the program and overall management and daily operations of the MT Scholars Enrichment program and staff. The Assistant Director, Enrichment Programs is an integral member of the Enrichment team. He/she is responsible for accelerating student literacy achievement through implementing reading initiatives, instructor professional development, and programming. Additionally, the Assistant Director will work to ensure that students enrolled in the program are developing and mastering skills that reflect youth development outcomes, including 21st Century Skills (communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity). The Assistant Director must perform all other duties as prescribed in the DCMR-29, NAEYC, and DC Standards of Learning.
