POSITION: Director of HR & Talent
LOCATION: National Office, Washington DC (currently remote)
REPORTS TO: SVP of Finance and Administration
SUPERVISES: HR Coordinator
FLSA Status: Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of HR and Talent leads all Human Resources and Talent functions and programs for LIFT. The Director will manage all facets pertaining to the employee life cycle, including recruitment, training and development, benefits, compensation, performance management, and compliance with federal and state regulations. The Director will effectively engage and communicate with various audiences, from serving as an employee advocate, to providing guidance to managers, to collaborating with senior management.  The Director will enforce best practices, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with short and long-term organizational objectives.

Reporting to the SVP of Finance & Administration, this position carries a broad base of responsibilities. As such, the ability to successfully execute and manage day-to-day operations, as well as provide broad strategic thought partnership is important.  This position manages the Human Resources Coordinator.
