We are hiring for a new part-time position of Administrative Coordinator to manage our office administration tasks. This position has the potential for additional programmatic work as well.

Scenic America is the only national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated solely to preserving and enhancing the scenic beauty and visual character of America. We accomplish this mission through national advocacy efforts, technical assistance services, and the support of our state and local chapters and affiliates. We are quickly becoming one of the most effective national environmental nonprofits. It will be your responsibility to help keep Scenic America in compliance with state requirements and enable the streamlined functioning of our office.

The position is located at Scenic America’s headquarters at 727 15th Street NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC 20005. Due to the nature of work, remote work is not possible for this position. We are currently mostly remote due to the global pandemic. Until Washington, D.C., enters Phase 3 of reopening, the candidate will need to be in the office twice per week to process the mail. Adherence to COVID-19 protocols is required.
