The Racial Equity Officer administers and facilitates City-wide race equity programs that ensure policy decisions are created fairly and provides equitable access to opportunities. In addition to collaborating with city departments and employees to make meaningful movement towards a more equitable city.
This position will be a member of our Human Resources department team; and will directly report to the Director of Human Resources.
The Opportunity:
The Racial Equity Officer will administer equity work across the City of College Park, providing leadership and vision to ensure the development and management of innovative and effective strategies to achieve racial equity among all city employees.
