We are looking for fun and friendly front desk associates to join our team!
We have four beautiful locations in Washington, D.C. in the following neighborhoods: Friendship Heights, West End, Navy Yard and Mt. Vernon Triangle. We have part-time and full-time positions available in all locations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, personable and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls to assist clients.
- Organize and manage appointments in our booking system.
- Maintaining shop cleanliness, organization and assisting with inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position.
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
