JOB ALERT | Human Resource Generalist - $61,300 to $85,000/year

Under the strategic direction and supervision of the Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer, the Human Resources Generalist will be a critical partner in a newly restructured department, ensuring human resources coordination, organizational employee experience, and organization-wide administrative functions and processes are designed and managed effectively. 

The Generalist will develop and coordinate selective HR functions, tactics, and procedures across the organization.  A large portion of the generalist’s role will be the coordination and management of the organization’s Domestic and Global Travel Program including its design, integration and support requirements.   The generalist will also coordinate several Executive Assistant functions including outreach, onboarding, and balancing administrative requirements for each department. This key position will additionally aid in employee engagement by administering selective employee training and development programs.  

The candidate must exhibit excellent operational know-how, problem-solving, solid oral and written communication skills, and the ability to lead, create, and independently think as required.
