The Homeless Children’s Playtime Project seeks a Database and Development Coordinator to manage the infrastructure that supports our program evaluation and fundraising efforts. This person will maintain our Salesforce and Apricot databases by setting standards for data entry, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all data, and running reports to help guide program design and fundraising activities. In addition to managing the databases, they will support the overall activities of the Development Department, including processing gifts, production of timely donor acknowledgements, generating reports, prospect research, communications, stewardship, event coordination, and other tasks as requested. This position reports to the Development Director.
