JOB ALERT | Headquarters Office Coordinator
The Headquarters Office Coordinator position is responsible for making sure that KIPP DC’s headquarters office is a functional and professional space, and that the day to day operations of the office run smoothly. The nature of the coordinator role is such that priorities will shift as needed between business processes to maintain operational effectiveness and assistance to support headquarters culture and events. Daily office duties may include answering phones, managing inventory and supplies, supporting operational systems and processes and assisting team activities and events.
The ideal candidate is a service-minded, results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to balance execution and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of customer service best practices paired with project management skills are a must.
The Office Coordinator is a non-exempt role and a part of the Culture & Operations team and reports directly to the Manager of Culture and Operations.
