JOB ALERT | Criminal Justice Reform Strategist - $60k to $82k
Working Families is searching for a Criminal Justice Reform Strategist who shares our progressive values and can develop comprehensive strategic plans that advance our organizational goals by helping to elect progressive reformers who will help to end mass incarceration in this country.
Employment Term: This is a full-time, temporary position that is full-time salaried through December 2022. The position may be renewed depending on available funding and demonstrable campaign impact.
Salary: Salary range for this position is $60,000 to $82,000. The final salary will be based on an internal equitable scale that takes into consideration years of experience, geographic location, and final job description. Opportunities for advancement, travel, and additional training are available.
Location: This job will require some travel. In the immediate future we plan to run campaigns in New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, and as such people with previous experience or roots in those states are strongly encouraged to apply, however that is not a requirement.
Union Affiliation: WFP is a unionized workplace. This is a non-managerial position, eligible to join the union after six months of employment. WFP's union employees are represented by the New York Metropolitan Area Joint Board, Workers United union.
