Housing Counseling Services, Inc. (HCS) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded in 1972 to provide comprehensive housing counseling, training, advocacy and technical assistance for low and moderate-income homebuyers, homeowners, tenants and the homeless; to help them to achieve successful living in healthy, safe, and affordable homes.

Responsibilities:
· Assist Housing Counselors with meeting counseling needs and workload
· Assist Housing Counselors with meeting all reporting requirements
· Assist with clients in meeting their housing goals
· Maintain electronic filing system for clients
· Update and maintain client database
· Provide follow up assistance to clients in preparation of appointments.
· Assist with the review of documentation and processing for participants in first time homebuyer programs
· Provide follow up assistance to clients to be assured that their housing needs are being met
