Position Summary
Do you thrive on the fast-paced, rapid-response nature of communications work? Do you have experience working with reporters to place opposition research and stories that help shape a narrative? Do you have a knack for turning research reports into reporter pitches and press products, and prepping spokespeople for interviews? A.US seeks a Communications Manager to help drive our work exposing corporate greed and hypocrisy that undermines our democracy. The ideal candidate is a savvy media professional and team player with experience helping to develop and implement integrated communications and campaigns. This position requires incredible attention to detail, superior organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some weekend work may be required.
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. Exact compensation package is commensurate with experience.
