Cafe Fili, a fun Mediterranean Bistro, accessible by metro (Union Station) is searching for talented employees.
Our team will work together with set schedules and ongoing training. There is opportunity to grow with our group as we have other locations planned in the near future. Cash tips paid out daily or next day.
Server Requirements:
Must be able to memorize and understand menu items, believe in exceptional customer service and have solid beverage knowledge (wine a plus) with a desire to be challenged and learn everyday. We are committed to giving you all the tools you will need to succeed and make great money in a fun, positive environment.
Barista Requirements:
• be dedicated to great coffee, food and friendly customer service.
• enjoy working in a fast paced team environment
• know how to work hard while having fun.
• have experience working as a barista in a specialty coffee shop.
• be proficient in pouring latte art.
• love coffee and food.
• have a sense of presentability, hygiene, and professionalism
We are willing to train cashiers but you must come to us with a passion for food, a huge smile and a willingness to learn and work with the team.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
