WARD 8 JOB ALERT | Assistant Director of Permanent Housing - $65k to $75k
Calvary Women's Services is filling a new position, Assistant Director of Permanent Housing, as we expand our housing programs for women experiencing homelessness and domestic violence survivors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission and excited to take full responsibility for running all aspects of three permanent housing programs. Strong candidates will possess the skills and experience to provide leadership to our newest housing program that opens this fall and to build and maintain a strong staff team that offers the highest quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
Support and supervision of a four-person case management team across three scattered-site permanent housing programs
Oversight of client referrals and intakes
Coordination of housing inspections and furnishing of client apartments
Management of contract relationships for the programs
Build and maintain landlord relationships
Ensure data quality and evaluation in compliance with organization and funder requirements
Ensure client safety through 24/7 on-call system
