The Operations Program Manager provides day-to-day oversight and execution of key administration projects & activities. The Operations Program Manager serves as the primary administrator for all contracts and MOU’s, manages and provides general administrative and operational support for the Administration Division. In addition, this will manage a variety of ad-hoc projects and related budgets. Develops and maintains up-to-date standard operating procedures, and documentation for areas of responsibility. The Operations Program Manager provides enterprise-wide support for APIC and its subsidiaries.
The Operations Program Manager is expected to perform the duties and responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The Operations Manager must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities, meet strict deadlines, and respond to inquiries within a timely manner. This position has high visibility and significant interaction with staff, outside consultants, and vendors. As a result, the incumbent must exhibit exceptional customer service, discretion, accuracy, and timeliness at all times. This position supports the goals and mission of APIC.
