Jan 24 | Douglas St Pedestrian Bridge Project Virtual Meeting

The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will host a virtual public meeting to present the Douglas Street Pedestrian Bridge Project to residents and stakeholders. The construction of this new bridge will improve connectivity and pedestrian access for residents in Ward 7 neighborhoods such as Kenilworth, Mayfair, Parkside, Eastland Gardens, and the surrounding communities of Deanwood and Minnesota Avenue.  The project is in the construction phase.  This public meeting will provide residents and stakeholders with an overview of the project and the construction schedule and what to expect during construction.
