IN PHOTOS | The Botanical Gardens of Historic Anacostia
Okay, so technically, these are photos of my BFF’s front yard in Historic Anacostia but isn’t it gorgeous?! I don’t know how he does it, but every year his yard looks more lush, fragrant, and dense with flower bushes that tower over my head. His back garden is pretty sweet too, we aren’t going to discuss the status of his koi pound — that’s a long work in progress. 😂
Looking at this floral paradise, I see why the groundhogs like to mosey on over to his yard - and they should mosey on back home because my BFF has a huge dog! 👀
