The Co-Director of the Restorative Justice Project will lead scaling of Impact Justice’s restorative justice diversion programs across the nation. The Co-Director will co-lead The Restorative Justice Project team to develop relationships with key stakeholders, providing technical assistance and managing operations. A successful candidate will have a wealth of national scaling experience and be equally comfortable working closely with community-based organizations, community members, and criminal legal systems partners to establish these programs. A successful candidate will also be comfortable with co-leadership of a highly skilled and dedicated team. Once it becomes safer to do so, significant travel will be required.

About the organization:

Impact Justice is a national innovation and research center advancing new ideas and solutions-based approaches towards justice transformation. We work to dramatically reduce the massive number of youth and adults in our justice system, improve conditions and outcomes for those who are incarcerated, and provide meaningful opportunities for formerly incarcerated people to rejoin their communities.
