We are looking for a qualified Digital Content Creator to join our team of passionate and best-in-class social media experts. If you are a tech-savvy, experienced digital designer and social media enthusiast, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal candidate has a strong grasp of design and storytelling for social media (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & TikTok) as well as experience with other digital marketing mediums.  In this role, you will establish and execute a brand identity, produce engaging social campaigns, create visual assets for internal and external audiences, and support other digital initiatives as needed for one of the largest omni-channel marketing agencies in the world.   

You must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, self-motivated, entrepreneurial environment; be a team player who is social-savvy; and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a unique virtual environment.
 

As an ICUC Digital Content Creator  you will be:

  • Driving brand consistency across internal and external communications

  • Creating social-first content (captions, graphics, videos, GIFs, etc.) for client owned social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and eventually Tik Tok

  • Producing branded templates, newsletters, graphics, invitations, presentations, and more 

  • Designing environmental graphics for trade shows, offices, events

  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and using data as a lens for design recommendations

  • Producing mood boards and storyboards for internal and external campaigns

  • Partnering with freelancers, vendors and internal stakeholders to support ad-hoc design needs

  • Participating in regular scheduled client calls, providing insights and sound bites when requested by client on community activity

  • Maintaining an active presence within to discuss questions and issues that may arise 

  • Be able to advise client on platform specific concerns, abilities and best practices 

  • Regularly maintain and use all client necessary publishing tools 

  • Providing guidance on possible areas of real-time creative content such as trending hashtags and events through social listening

  • Proactively provide client with thought leadership, best practice recommendations and data-driven insights to help advance their social presence
