HCS is looking for a Social Worker/Health Care Navigator to join our Supportive Services to Veteran Families (SSVF) Program staff. We are looking for a high energy, committed and quick learner to work with our SSVF team to support the needs of low-income Veteran households in the D.C. Metropolitan region seeking stable, permanent housing.
